Standard Delivery via USPS
Ground shipping applies to all domestic orders in the United States. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage Mail). Most orders ship within a 3-4 business day period, at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and shipping location. Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods.
International Shipping Policy
At Sundust Bliss, we do not ship Internationally at this time.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location. During the checkout process, you will be provided with accurate shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
Missing Packages:
At Sundust Bliss, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Once your order leaves our facility and is marked as "delivered" by USPS, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In such instances, we recommend reaching out to your neighbors to check if the package was mistakenly delivered to them. Alternatively, you may file a claim with your local USPS to initiate the necessary steps for resolution. To file a claim with USPS please click here and submit. PRE-ORDER
Products on pre-order are indicated as such in the product description along with the date when the products will begin shipping. When a pre-order product is purchased with a regular product in the same order, the whole order will be shipped together on the expected ship date of the pre-order item.
FEDEX SHIPPING
Please allow 3-4 business days processing time. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Sundust Bliss cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Sundust Bliss' control.
REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES
Sundust Bliss does not refund shipping charges for packages that are refused by customers. All orders returned to us will be canceled and refunded minus shipping charges.
